In the context of one of our strategic projects, and the growth of our organization in general, we are looking for a Business Manager for the Real Estate Sector.

As a Business Manager, you will:

  • participate, under the lead of the Business Innovation Manager, to the development of the business vision and translation of the strategy into a business roadmap;

  • Develop, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders business cases, business models and pricing strategy for new ideas and (new or existing) notary products;

  • Elaborate the partnership ecosystem;

  • Build business dashboards for each domain in order to monitor business outcomes & reports dashboards;

  • Propose corrective actions across all service units.


You want...

  • To contact external players to discuss potential partnerships and makes recommendations over partnership ecosystem;

  • Work closely with Service Unit directors, Product Managers and Subject Matter experts;

  • Manage to consistently find the right balance between innovative ideas, feasibility, and (smooth) evolution of the Notary World;

  • Manage to discuss with and convince all stakeholders (coming from different horizons) of the new ideas promoted;

  • To be recognized as an “innovation evangelist”.

Profil recherché:

  • A Master Degree of equivalent by experience in Business;

  • At least 10 years of experience in Business management or sales, Real Estate or Notary knowledge is an advantage;

  • The ability to get fast a good understanding of notarial practices as well as a good vision of the key stakeholders in the real estate sector;

  • The ability to deliver the high level business case for a new idea of low to medium complexity.

    You are...

  • Able to structure and synthetize information, bringing clarity to the people you are working with;

  • A dynamic, good communicator, able to align all different stakeholders and take the lead in discussions/decisions;

  • Fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of IT related English.
